Placing an Order
- To place an order simply Phone, Fax or email our sales team.
- Orders that are received by 12.00 noon on Monday will ensure same week delivery.
- Orders for collection from the Nursery can be arranged.
- Payment can be made by Cheque, Cash or Credit Card
- To open a credit account please fill in the application form, which usually takes a week to process. Download Credit Application Form here.
Business Terms & Conditions
1. All offers are made 'subject to crop' and stock being unsold on receipt of order
2. All stock is believed to be healthy and true to name. Our liability is limited to the replacement of any plants that prove to be otherwise or, in our opinion, to the refund of the price paid. Notification of damage or complaint should be made immediately and confirmed in writing within three days of receipt of order.
3. Payment is due at the end of the month following the date of the Invoice. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable. Overdue accounts will be surcharged at the rate of 2% for each thirty days or part thereof that such accounts are overdue. Plants received remain our property until such time as they are paid for in full.
4. Delivery. FREE delivery for orders of:
£400 (ex VAT) within a 100 mile radius of Coventry
£650 (ex VAT) within a 150 mile radius of Coventry
£1000 (ex VAT) within a 200 mile radius of Coventry
For orders not meeting the above criteria a delivery charge will apply.
5. New customers are requested to furnish two trade references and the name and address of their bank or to pay C.O.D. or cash on collection.
6. Cancellation. There will be no charge for orders cancelled more than five weeks prior to delivery but we reserve the right to make a charge in the event of later cancellations as follows: -
a) 2-5 weeks - 25% of invoice value
b) less than 2 weeks - 50% of invoice value
